Tomorrow's order, proposed every afternoon
At a time you set — 3:30 pm by default, per store if needed — each store gets an order built from the last week, the last four weeks and the same time last year, adjusted for weekday, season and festivals.

The working behind every number
A Why panel shows each step: the forecast, a safety margin, expected loss, usable stock, pack rounding and a cap on days of cover.

Store first, then the manager
The store lead reviews, then the manager approves, each with a deadline. You choose whether a step approves itself when its time runs out.

Stock you can trust
Use the ERP's book stock, a computed stock — received, minus overnight loss, minus sales — or a count from the store.

Each vendor gets only their lines
On approval, each vendor gets their order by email or WhatsApp with an Excel sheet. A Google Sheet per store can keep one tab per delivery day.

Receiving, van by van
Count what arrived, sign off each van with a photo, add what came without being ordered, and see each vendor's fill rate.

Suggestions and Hindi item names
Rule-based and AI suggestions to add, cut or raise lines, each checked against the numbers. Item names can be shown in Hindi, translated by meaning and reviewed.

Is the forecast AI?
No. It is a clear formula you can check, line by line, in the Why panel. AI only suggests changes, and every suggestion is checked against the numbers before you see it.

Can store staff read it in Hindi?
Yes. Item names on the order page can be shown in Hindi, translated by meaning and reviewed, and any name can be corrected.
